Braai canopies and smoke extraction

The trend lately is to build a hearth style built-in braai, this type of braai looks more traditional and is not as hot as a steel insert braai. But to find a builders that really knows how to build this type of braai correctly is really challenging. • angles of the canopy to ensure proper draft for an open fire
• the correct braai height opening
• the correct flue size to opening size
